We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. For group bookings payment is taken in advance and a minimum of 7 days notice is required to amend or cancel your booking.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Unfortunately late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced, or we may be unable to honor the appointment.
Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. The time for your appointment is reserved especially for you, if you choose to reschedule, a 25% administrative charge will be applied.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and THE HEALING ROOM OF DANIA gift certificates. We also accept Spa Finder gift cards but these can only be used Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.
For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be automatically added to your bill. Additional gratuities are welcomed for our Therapist exceptional service. You can charge it to your credit card or leave it in cash. Envelopes are available at the front desk.
Silence is golden
The Spa is a place of relaxation we ask clients to kindly keep noise levels to a minimum. Cell Phones, we respectfully request that the sound on all mobile devices and computers be turned off on entry at The Spa be turned off during your time at the spa.
These are available for any treatment or products, and can be purchased by phone, on our website or directly at our front desk.
How to dress
We provide disposable underwear or alternatively you may wear your own. Therapists are professionally trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.
YOUR SPECIAL THINGS As we do not accept liability for the loss, damage or theft of personal items, we recommend you do not bring valuables.
YOUNG SPA GO-ERS No persons under 18 are permitted. Contact us to discuss specialist skin care treatments for teenagers accompanied by an adult.
